I love this so much! You pack so much atmosphere into such a short and simple premise. The repetition of doing each shift really helped to draw me in and added to the tension, a few times I was wondering if something would happen behind me because of how long the actual implant animation lasts. There's so much environmental storytelling here, I'd love to see more from this setting but I think this game itself reveals exactly as much as it needed to. If I had to make one criticism I'd say the jumpscare on shift 3 felt out of place compared to everything else, but it was nowhere near enough to take away from how utterly unsettling the full experience was from beginning to end.
There is something unique here, maybe it's the gritty visuals, maybe it's the premise that could easily be developed to a "full" horror game, or even perhaps The mostly absent ambient sounds that create a very creepy atmosphere. The jumpscares weren't That effective but still they felt "in place". There is huge potential in what you've made here, mate! Keep creating!

Amazing premise! i WISH IT WAS LONGER SO WE COULD TRULY SEE THE EFFECTS OF THE OPERATIONS. nEAT LITTLE EXPERIENCE!
I made a video on your game if you're interested :)The story was dark and unsettling, with the cyberpunk horror theme leaving a strong impression.
The gameplay was well designed, especially the shift from observer to test subject.
Thank you for creating such a chilling short experience!
I played in Japanese and uploaded a gameplay video here:
